- Cancellation fee: 15%. If cancelled less than 7 days in advance, 50% of the reservation will be lost. If cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, 100% of the reservation will be lost.
- The company offers catering services and reserves the right to exclusive service.
- The company has several boats, all with the same features and quality, and will assign them to each event based on availability.
- In the event of fire, theft, boat breakdown, or other force majeure, the COMPANY may cancel the service and refund the reservation without penalty to either party.
